At Peaks, we are pioneering the future of energy with our focus on developing low-carbon, carbon-neutral, and carbon-negative fuels like renewable natural gas and green hydrogen. Our core commitment is to transform wasted resources into cutting-edge energy solutions, driving both environmental sustainability and economic growth. Our goal is to provide states, communities, utilities, homeowners, and industries with clean, safe, reliable, and affordable energy. By optimizing waste and revolutionizing energy production, the Peaks team aims to create a more sustainable future by driving forward-thinking energy solutions.
As an energy developer, Peaks is committed to building strong relationships with communities and partners that are motivated by the same things that we are working towards. We work with farmers, municipalities, policymakers, industry and community leaders, and technology companies developing cutting-edge ideas for thermal energy. From a project’s conception to completion, we work together to develop solutions that meet emissions goals in new and innovative ways.
WASHINGTON – Jan. 8, 2026 – The American Biogas Council (ABC) announced today the results of its annual board election. Five directors were re-elected, and one new director has joined the board.
“These elected board members bring deep expertise from across the biogas industry—companies that transform organic waste into clean, locally produced energy and fertilizer,” said ABC Executive Director Patrick Serfass. “Their leadership will help drive the growth of a dynamic biogas industry that meets increasing energy demand by turning waste streams into American-made energy, while strengthening local economies and delivering real benefits to communities across the country.”
The ABC welcomes new director Jessica Linville-LeRoy, Ph.D., E.I., Senior Project Manager at Tetra Tech. Jessica has more than 17 years of experience developing biogas and renewable natural gas (RNG) projects across agricultural, landfill, and other sectors. She has led multidisciplinary teams delivering complex projects and has been an active ABC member for more than a decade, including prior board service and ongoing leadership within the organization’s Training and Digester Operator School programs.
